Account & Data Deletion
Deleting your account and data will permanently erase your player profile, star progress, completed puzzle levels, leaderboard standings, and unlocked avatars. This action cannot be reversed.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your account and associated game data at any time using either of the two methods below:
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant & Recommended)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the ZenTension mobile app with a single tap:
- Launch ZenTension on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap the Settings (⚙️) button on the main screen.
- Under the Account (Účet) section, tap on your profile.
- Select "Delete Account" (Smazat účet) and confirm in the dialog.
✓ Result: Your profile, progress, cloud records, and local data are purged immediately.
Method 2: Web & Email Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you may submit an administrative deletion request by email:
- Send an email to: privacy@zentension-game.web.app (or support@zentension.com)
- Subject:
ZenTension Account Deletion Request - Include the email address associated with your Google Play or Apple ID account, or your Player ID.
⏱️ Processing Time: All email deletion requests are processed manually within 48 to 72 hours.
What Data is Deleted?
- Player Identity & Cloud Record: Permanently erased from the authentication system.
- Level Progress & Star Ratings: All completed stages and puzzle statistics are wiped.
- Leaderboard Entries: Your scores and solve times are removed from public rankings.
- Unlocked Avatars & Badges: All earned cosmetic frames and emblems are reset.
Data Retention Policy
We retain zero personal gameplay data following account deletion. Basic anonymized billing records of any past in-app purchases are retained only as strictly mandated by statutory tax and financial accounting legislation or the policies of the platform storefront (Google Play / Apple App Store).
